Lifetime Warranty Policy

Each bag comes with a LIFETIME LOVATTE WARRANTY so you can enjoy all the special moments with your munchkin and not worry about the bag.

Products sold by LOVATTE are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a LIFETIME from the date of original purchase. The warranty is valid only under normal use of the product and for the use for which it is normally intended.

If you have received a damaged or defective product at the time of delivery, including but not limited to, products damaged during delivery, the warranty does not apply. Please refer to the Damaged/Defective Policy before making your claim.

Defects and/or damages resulting from the following situations are not covered by the warranty:

• Accidents
• Negligence
• Misuse and/or abnormal use
• Modifications and/or alterations
• Commercial use of the product

Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will suggest one of the following resolutions:

• One or more replacement part(s)
• A replacement item

To start a claim you can complete the form below or contact us at support@lovatte.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim” and we will gladly guide you through the procedure. Items sent back to us without starting the claim procedure will not be accepted.

In the form or email be sure to provide:

• Your order number
• The name of the product
• The number(s) of the part(s) to be replaced (refer to assembly instructions if necessary)
• Clear photos or videos of the damage or defect where the parts shown in the photo or video are clearly identified
