I wrote to the company, and within a week I received a new diaper bag. The stitched quality might not be 100% but the design is so well thought that i would buy this bag again, I do not regret it. Recieved this lovely diaper bag as a gift at my baby shower from my registry, loved the bag but unfortunately a few seams came loose inside..I contacted them and they immediately helped as it was covered under warranty. They truly stand by their product and we highly recommend. The bag has everything you need! Only downside is the changing mat should be reversed, the wipeable side should be facing up, luckily it is removable by zipper so I just keep it detached and use it that way! Otherwise, great bag & highly recommend!

I bought the diaper bag with the attached bassinet and it has been the best bag ever! I can fit everything my child needs and more for leaving the house for a few days. My kid has out grown the bassinet but I used it a ton when she got into it and the backpack is very wearable even when it is full of all the things! I frequently am carrying it for hours around town and never get sore shoulders from the straps.
